All hourly, daily and weekly rated employees who were employed in health care facilities and in respect of whom the CPO was deemed to be the employer.
1999 TO 2002 COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
Workers employed by the Ministry of Health were covered by
the collected Agreement for Central
and Local Government.
2002 TO 2004 COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
All Government daily rated workers have now been transferred
to their respective Regional Health Authority and negotiations are currently
taking place on a new Collective Agreement.
Although
all the RHA's are separate employers, negotiations for a new Collecitve
Agreement are being negotiated with a Regional
Health Authority Consortium to ensure consistency throughout the RHA's.
