2002 TO 2004 COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
This is the first Collective Agreement with this employer.
Proposals have now been submitted we are waiting for a response from the employers. The main features of the proposals cover:
1) vacation and sickness entitlements
2) overtime
3) hours of work
4) a 20% increase in wages and COLA
5) Medical and Pension Plans
Union and Company met on 15th June 2002 and the next meeting is due on 11th July 2002.
