1) Overtime at time-and-a-half for the first four hours and double time after
that
2) Vacation ranging from 10 days for the first three years increasing to 20 days after 15
years
3) 14 days sick leave with an extension for up to three months in the first instance;

5) Shift premiums ranging from 60 cents per hour to $1.05 per
hour
6) Further discussions to take place on a Pension Plan and a Medical
Plan
7) On contracting out, it was agreed that "the Company shall not give out under contract any work normally performed by employees comprised in the Bargaining
